Developing resilience in our learners at Highfield Littleport is very important as nothing goes right first time! We want our learners to keep trying even if things get tough. Then we want them to switch their attention between activities so that they are prepared for what life throws at them. Our Resilient Elephant helps us at school to remember to practice these skills.
