Just before the Christmas holidays Simon Bainbridge (Executive Headteacher) and myself held a meeting at Highfield Ely. It was specifically for families that live within the catchment for Highfield Littleport Academy. The aim of the meeting was to present to parents of pupils who are already on roll at Highfield Ely some information about the new school. It was also to inform them as to how pupils can transfer over to the new school if they chose to.
We were excited to share information about how the school would grow, the excellent facilities that would be provided and how we plan to work in collaboration with Highfield Ely and Littleport and East Cambridgeshire Academy to deliver a shared curriculum offer . A further meeting is planned to take place in the Summer Term to inform all parents at Highfield Ely Academy to share all of the curriculum developments we have organised.
